Yard Sales Person

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 + commission  

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7.30am – 5pm  

Job Type: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

Advertising and selling used plant, attachments & general implements.

Processing sales on computerised system

Advising customers and upselling

Liaising with Managers

Dealing with walk in and phone customers

Build and maintain a stock database.

Raising sales invoices and taking payments

Delegating jobs to the yard forklift operators

Arranging Pallet collections and haulage of sold goods.

Answering inbound telephone calls

Advertising all sales items online, using website and social media

Producing professional business correspondence through emails and social media

Requirements

Experience/interest in plant machinery, implements and good knowledge of the different categories.

Experience in forklift driving (Renewal of Forklift License can be provided by us)

Be able to prioritise, multitask and use initiative.

Possess and maintain a valid driving license.

You will be IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel

This role requires an organised individual with excellent problem solving and task management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Trainee Cabin Fitter

Salary: National Living Wage

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7.30am – 5pm

Role consistes of assisting the team with general maintenance jobs, measuring and cutting materials, learning how to use power tools

Forklift Operator

Salary: National Living wage   

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7.30am – 5pm

Main Responsibilities:

Load and unload deliveries by hand and with FLT

Load, Move and lift heavy products.

Have a FLT license (Renewal of Forklift License can be provided by us)

Pallet and secure orders for dispatch

Move goods to storage areas.

This role is based outside in all weathers, not in a warehouse.

Cabin Fitter

Salary: Negotioable

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7.30am – 5pm

Basic Joinery and plumbing skills are required to prepare our portable accommodation units.

Lining out of Containers and Portable buildings creating CLS timber studwork framing

Fitting Dritherm / Celotex insulation with timber lining boards

Plumbing of Toilets, Wash Basins, Showers etc.

Fitting ancillary items such as Aluminium / uPVC framed windows

Internal Partitioning Hanging Internal Doors

Maintenance of our hire fleet units

Manual preparation for painting

Fitting windows and doors

General maintenance skills

Use of power tools

Remove & replace flooring

To be able to remove / fit wall and ceiling panels

Continuously checking and working to quality standards in line with customer expectations

Able to work as part of a Team
